International
participants planning to attend the Global Forum on Aerospace &
Aeronautical Engineering, scheduled for November 09–10, 2026 in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia, may require a visa depending on their nationality.
Participants are strongly advised to review the visa requirements applicable to
their country well in advance of their intended travel dates.
1. Visa
Requirements
- Citizens of many countries may
enter Malaysia visa-free for short stays, typically ranging from 14
to 90 days, depending on nationality.
- Participants from countries
that require a visa must apply in advance through the nearest Malaysian
Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate.
- Certain nationalities may be
eligible for the Malaysia eVisa or Visa on Arrival, subject
to current immigration regulations.

Documents Usually Required
Applicants
for a Malaysian visa may be required to submit the following documents:
- A valid passport with
at least six months’ validity from the date of entry
- A completed visa
application form
- Recent passport-sized
photographs
- Proof of conference
registration
(an official invitation letter will be issued upon request)
- Travel itinerary and
accommodation details
Additional
documentation may be requested depending on the applicant’s nationality and
visa category.
3. Visa
Assistance
Upon
request and following successful registration, the Organizing Committee
will provide an official invitation letter to support participants in
their visa application process.

- The invitation letter does
not guarantee visa approval.
- It is intended solely as supporting
documentation for the visa application.
- Participants are responsible
for submitting their visa applications in a timely manner.
All
attendees are encouraged to review the latest Malaysian immigration guidelines
and begin the visa process early to avoid any potential delays.
