Mohammad Ahmad is an Agricultural Scientist and Farm Manager with an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Horticulture from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Currently managing over 500 acres at Bandial Farms, he brings expertise in postharvest biotechnology, food technology, and sustainable value chain development. His research, conducted through an ACIAR-funded project, focuses on phytobiome management, smart packaging innovations, biocontrol solutions, and postharvest quality preservation strategies. Mohammad holds professional certifications from Johns Hopkins University and Microsoft in strategic communications and supply chain management. He has published peer-reviewed research on biotechnological approaches to postharvest quality enhancement, food safety, and shelf-life extension. His work bridges agricultural biotechnology with practical food technology applications to reduce postharvest losses and strengthen global food security.
