participants planning to attend the Global Forum on Deep Tech AI &
Emerging Computing Fields, taking place from November 09–10, 2026 in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia, may be required to obtain a visa depending on their
nationality. We strongly recommend checking your country’s visa requirements
well in advance of your planned travel dates.
1. Visa
Requirements
- Citizens of many countries may
enter Malaysia without a visa for short stays (generally
ranging from 14 to 90 days, depending on the country).
- Participants from nations
that require a visa should apply in advance through
the nearest Malaysian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate.
- Some nationalities may be
eligible for the Malaysia eVisa or Visa on
Arrival, depending on the latest regulations.

Documents Usually Required
When
applying for a Malaysian visa, you may be asked to provide:
- A valid passport (with
at least six months of validity from the date of entry).
- A completed visa
application form.
- Recent passport-sized
photographs.
- Proof of conference
registration (an
official invitation letter will be provided upon request).
- Travel itinerary and proof of
accommodation.
- Additional documents may be
required depending on your nationality and visa type.
3. Visa
Assistance
Upon
request and after registration confirmation, the organizing committee will
provide an official invitation letter to support your visa
application.

- The invitation letter does
not guarantee visa approval.
- It serves only as supporting
documentation for the visa application process.
- Participants are responsible
for ensuring timely submission of their applications.
We
encourage all attendees to check the latest immigration regulations and
begin their visa process early to avoid delays.
