Speech Title : Sequential and Comparative Assessment of Localization of Crack in a Mechanical Beam: A Simulation and Experimental Analysis
Dr. Ravi Nigam is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan, India. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from one of the reputed institutions of India, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dhanbad and completed his M.Tech. from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur. His primary research interests include Vibrations, Structural Health Monitoring, Noise, signal and Image Processing. Dr. Nigam has published numerous research papers in reputed SCI-indexed journals and has presented his work at several national and international conferences. He also published research patent and has authored multiple book chapters with recognized publishers.
Dr. Nigam actively contributes to the academic community as a peer reviewer for leading journals published by Elsevier and Springer, and serving as an Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Applications under the Science Publication Group, New York, USA. Previously, Dr. Nigam has also been invited as a Keynote Speaker at several international forums, including ICEFORUM-2023 (Porto, Portugal), GMINFRA-2024 (Munich, Germany), and ICMSE-2023 (China).
