Ambassador Responsibilities

ViDKonX Conference Ambassadors will work to:

• Promote GENEPREC2026 conferences to national and international colleagues, strengthening global collaborative networks.
• Build connections with affiliated organizations, associations, and sponsoring bodies worldwide.
• Expand professional visibility and enhance leadership presence within their institution or workplace.

How to Refer

• Email colleagues or friends to introduce them to the ViDKonX Referral Program.
• Announce the opportunity during staff meetings or organizational gatherings.
• Share ViDKonX promotional materials within your professional and academic circles—social media platforms, lecture sessions, newsletters, journals, notice boards, and event programmes.
• Follow up with your contacts to address questions and encourage participation.
