Refund and Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretary.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the conference start date are non-refundable. However, the registration may be transferred to a future edition of the conference.
Approved refunds will be processed during the second week after the conclusion of the conference.
Note: This refund and cancellation policy does not apply if the event is postponed, rescheduled, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, force majeure events, fire, epidemics or pandemics, government or travel restrictions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, industrial actions, sabotage, cyber-attacks, power outages, or communication failures. In such cases, all registration and accommodation fees will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event, a future edition, or a related conference. Refunds will not be issued under these conditions.
