Publication Opportunity

Urban and Building Science (UBS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal to advance the knowledge of urban and building physics, as well as the complex outdoor/indoor environment interactions by publishing original research papers, review articles, and viewpoints. UBS aims to publish innovative analyses on a wide range of environmental performance related to heat, sound, light, wind, air, water, energy/carbon, and waste across soild, liquid, and airborne media. UBS welcomes subissions in multiple disciplines of architecture, atmosphere, building sciences, ecology, climate, energy, environment, geography, transportation, urban planning and design, etc. UBS gives priorities to reproducible and solid results. Preferences is given to theoretical, experimental, and practical research results related to the development and adoption of emerging technologies, methods, and materials, while robustly-validated numerical results and modeling tools are also appreciated.

It is published quarterly online by Scilight Press.

Topics covered in the UBS include, but are not limited to, the following themes:

  1. Sustainable transportation planning
  2. Smart technologies and data-driven solutions
  3. Urban morphology and building typology
  4. Sustainable energy, materials, and water systems

The Journal is an international semi-yearly journal. Our journal is indexed by Google Scholar, SJIFACTOR, DOSOAJIWorldCatPolish Scholarly BibliographyDRJIInfobase Index, Citefactor, SIS database, DOI, Scope DatabaseCosmos and so on.

The subject includes not only the mechanics of ground sediment transport and ground water, but also that is related to:

(1) Rock mechanics, soil erosion, water management, environmental and ecological impacts of sedimentation.

(2) Social and economic effects of sedimentation.

(3) Microbial effects on soil, biological environmental engineering, and its assessment, etc.

(4) All kinds of mathematical model connected with soils/ water/ rock/ biology/disease.

(5) Soil biology, Human disease, Earth population disease, Computer analysis.

The good paper will be published in time.
