Lu ZHANG, male, is a Professor (Level II) and Vice Dean of the School of Economics and Management at Inner Mongolia University of Technology. He also serves as President of the Inner Mongolia Youth Science and Technology Association.
He has received numerous prestigious honors, including the National High-Level Talent Special Support Program (Young Top-notch Talent), the China Youth May Fourth Medal and New Era Youth Pioneer Award, Top Ten Annual Figures in National Business Education, Youth Innovation Talent of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Leading Talent of the Twelfth Batch of the Grassland Talent Program of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Outstanding Educator of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, First-Tier Talent of the New Century 321 Talent Project, Outstanding Party Affairs Worker in Higher Education Institutions of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and Outstanding Young Scholar of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, among others.

These include 2 papers in Management World, 5 SSCI/SCI papers in journals such as the International Journal of Production Economics (ABS 3*), 36 papers in FMST Category 1 journals such as Nankai Business Review, 9 papers in FMST Category 2 journals such as the Journal of Management, and 29 other CSSCI-indexed papers.
He has led 6 national-level research projects and 18 major or key provincial- and ministerial-level projects. In addition, he has published 8 articles in Economic Daily and Guangming Daily, and has led the preparation of more than 50 research reports and policy advisory reports. He has also served as chief editor of 4 academic monographs.
