Visa Information

Visa Requirement:
International participants may require a Schengen Short-Stay Visa (Type C) to attend the conference.

Stay Duration:
Allows a stay of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

Visa-Free Entry:
Citizens of EU/EEA and select countries may enter the Netherlands without a visa for short stays.

Application Process:
Visa applications should be submitted at the nearest Dutch Embassy, Consulate, or authorized Visa Application Center.

Documents Required:
Valid passport, completed visa application form, conference invitation letter, proof of accommodation, travel itinerary, medical insurance, and proof of sufficient funds.

Processing Time:
Standard processing time is approximately 15 working days; applicants are encouraged to apply early.
